Our talented restaurant team is looking for a charismatic Senior Waiter/Chef de Rang with previous experience in a quality restaurant, ideally in fine dining, and with some knowledge of wines and spirits

Smart and well presented, you'll be passionate about delivering an amazing dining experience to our guests and helping to make every stay a really memorable one. Along with the rest of our team you'll deliver impeccable food and beverage service, with the confidence to engage with our guests and a personality that makes them feel special. The right person for us is professional and stylish, courteous but with a sense of humour, and someone who inspires others.

Guests at Pale Hall enjoy contrasting dining experiences with the Henry Robertson restaurant serving our signature 4 and 7 course tasting menus and the Huntsman bistro offering a relaxed a la carte menu. We know our standards and attention to detail are what makes us really stand out, and make Pale Hall such a destination of choice. Full time contract, five days over seven, at a salary of £25,000 to £26,000 per annum, negotiable depending on experience.

A minimum of 2 years waiting on experience in a fine dining establishment. At least one year at chef de rang level.

Palé Hall is a luxurious destination for quiet retreat, comfort and culinary indulgence. Situated in the tranquil Dee valley this grand, historic Victorian mansion has an idyllic woodland garden rolling down to the banks of the river. The spectacular Snowdonia National Park is on our doorstep. The hotel features eighteen luxurious, individually styled bedrooms and suites with sumptuous décor, each with a beautifully appointed bathroom. In addition there are four charming garden suites situated within the estate grounds. Our guests enjoy two contrasting dining experiences, the Henry Robertson fine dining room with its Michelin Green Star and Three AA Rosettes, and the rustic Huntsman bistro.
